Support.com is no help - support.com

I signed up for support.com in the fall of last year. I prepaid for the whole year. Last Monday I had a computer problem and called them to help me get it fixed.

I've called four times, each time waiting on hold for over 45 minutes and not getting through to anyone. I've left three voice mail messages. I've tried their online chat option. I can't reach anyone.

It's been four days, my computer isn't fixed, I've had no contact with anyone at support.com and I've paid for a service I'm not getting.

Don't use them. Their service is terrible and it's not worth the money.

I discovered a job posting for support.com techs and because that is my expertise, I applied.
The application is an on-line questionnaire then provides spaces to add a cover letter and resume. At the lower portion of that page is a button that allows for spell check. When I clicked it I received an immediate SQL error and was unable to recover any of my work. A SQL error means that the page does not report to the SQL Db Correctly.

I tried to call them simply to ask if my resume or any information at all was correctly transmitted. The Corp voice-mail was full. I then tried the on-line chat but gave up after waiting for an hour with no response at all. I emailed them asking this very question and they provided me with account login information that for me is useless. It is designed for customers not applicants.
I then began to look carefully at their web site and discovered numerous errors and problems, something that first of all should be easy but more importantly should be checked for accuracy before going out for the world to see.
If they are swamped I understand. If they want more techs someone needs to lead this and respond immediately.
Given the complaints I have read and my own experience thus far they better be ready to hand out a VP position not just a tech position. With simple mistakes like this, they will not survive much longer.

I have had their service for 6 months and have left them multiple messages and online chats and they have NEWER returned any of my calls. I have waited on hold serveral times for an hour and still was never answered.
DON'T USE THEM. Its the worst LACK OF SERVICE I have ever experienced. There is no way to speak to a live person.
